Our Hiring Process + How to Apply 📝

We keep our process simple, transparent, and respectful of your time.

1. Quick application: short form and resume.
2. Intro chat: a 30-minute conversation about your background, interests, and what you’re looking for.
3. Team interview: a 3 hour exercise split into two parts. You are given a customer problem and will discuss and work through a solution with the Director of Product. Once the final solution has been decided on. You will spend 90 minutes using AI and your tools of choice building to build the solution.
