Full-time · Remote (US time zones) · Mid / Senior / Staff
At Page Vault, we build software that makes legal work faster, smarter, and more reliable. Lawyers across the country use our products to capture web evidence in a way that holds up in federal court — preserving websites, social media, and video for trademark infringement, false advertising, and other IP litigation.
Founded in 2014, Page Vault is trusted by 90% of Chambers & Partners' Top IP Firms. We're a small, profitable, fully remote team. The Core team owns our flagship web evidence capture products — the systems thousands of legal professionals rely on every day.
We're hiring Product Engineers to join the Core team — generalists who own features end-to-end, work close to customers, and use AI tools fluently as part of how they ship.
Location & work mode
Page Vault is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in the US. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with two or three in-person team off-sites a year.
What you'll do
- Own features end-to-end on our web evidence capture platform — scope, design, build, ship, and iterate
- Improve the reliability and breadth of how we capture websites, social media, and video evidence at scale
- Build new AI-powered functionality into a product that lawyers depend on for court-admissible work
- Work across the stack (TypeScript, React, Node, AWS) on customer-facing features and the systems behind them
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools as a normal part of your workflow
- Talk to customers — join calls, read support threads, follow how legal teams actually use what you build
- Help shape engineering culture as we grow, including how we work with AI
What we're looking for
- Several years of experience shipping customer-facing software at a high-quality bar
- Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals, with full-stack comfort (Node, relational databases, AWS or similar)
- Track record of driving end-to-end features with visible impact, not just refactors
- Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) and opinionated about how to get the most out of them
- Comfortable working without heavy PM overhead — you can help shape the problem, not just implement a solution
