What You’ll Work On 💻

• Own quality across our product suite — planning, executing, and documenting manual and exploratory testing on new features and releases.
• Dig deep into complex user flows and edge cases, especially in legal workflows where accuracy really matters.
• Work closely with engineers and product to catch issues early and advocate for the user experience.
• Help us build and improve our testing practices, including contributing to automation efforts as the team matures.
• Use AI-assisted tools to work more efficiently — whether that's generating test cases, spotting patterns, or documenting bugs.

Preferred Skills ✨

You'll be successful in this role if you have…

• Several years of QA experience, with a strong foundation in manual and exploratory testing.
• A methodical mindset and the ability to communicate bugs and risks clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where you'll help define processes, not just follow them.
